From business information
to a clearer next step.

Find who may fit. See why the connection makes sense. Check the original information. Decide what your team should do next.

This is an interactive meeting guide with fictional examples, not the live Workbench. It does not accept private information or send messages.

01 · Choose your goal

A clear path for each person.

A company can buy and sell. These goals guide the work; they are different from account permissions.

Click any stage to explore the illustration. These buttons do not create a profile, record a review or save a shortlist.

02 · Make the reason visible

What might fit — and what still needs checking.

Fictional supplier Paper Grove Packaging and fictional buyer Bright Basket Stores both mention recycled paper bags.

Fictional source excerpts

Read the words behind the suggestion

“Paper Grove Packaging supplies recycled paper bags. For this example: minimum order 500 bags, available quantity 2,000, RM1.20 per bag and delivery in 14 days.”
“Bright Basket Stores needs 1,200 recycled paper bags within 21 days, with a budget of up to RM1.40 per bag.”

Written only for this meeting demo. These are not real company statements, offers, stock records or buyer commitments.

What a real reviewer would ask
  • Is this the exact product and specification the buyer needs?
  • Are the quantity, price and delivery terms current?
  • Who can confirm the offer, buyer interest and permission to share?
  • Which documents or conditions are still missing?
Illustrative commercial check · not live intake

Compare the same sample terms

Choose a scenario. This page applies fixed comparisons to fictional values; no AI or network request runs.

A commercial check is separate from profile discovery. The current Workbench commercial workflow uses sample data; real Enescorp qualification needs agreed rules, intake and controls.

03 · Understand the work

Helpful tools. Accountable people.

The original information and the person’s judgement stay visible. An AI suggestion does not approve a business decision.

What each layer does

Parser
Organises supplied text into useful pieces: company names, products and stated connections.
AI
An optional reading assistant for supported tasks. It can suggest details or help answer questions; people still check the result.
Meaning & links
Connects a statement to the company or product it describes. Similar names alone do not prove two businesses are the same.
Business rules
Keep offers, buyer needs, supporting information and decisions in one working structure. Enescorp helps define what a useful next decision means.

Like linked-record platforms, the idea is to follow a business connection back to its information. This is not a Palantir integration or a claim of equivalent capability.

Little Deft · in the full workspace

A guide, with a clear job

  • Explains the next steps in the workspace.
  • Helps find supported paths in available business records.
  • Offers optional AI questions when configured and consented to. Local path searches stay local.

It does not automatically match businesses, qualify deals, approve information, contact anyone or change records. Profile discovery is a separate workflow. There is no chatbot connected to this meeting page.

Human controls and access
  • Owners and administrators act within their permissions; viewers read permitted saved work.
  • Profiles start private. Sharing selected reviewed details is a separate choice.
  • Reviewers correct or reject unsupported details and explain their decisions.
  • External AI use requires the consent shown in the workspace. Relevant permitted information may be sent to the configured provider.
  • A domain owner checks business meaning; price, contracts, introductions and data sharing need their own authority.

04 · Agree a small pilot

One category. A useful set of real cases.

Proposed for discussion, not an agreed Enescorp commitment. Start by reviewing one permitted case together.

1

Product category

Name the market, channel and one next decision: request information, discuss a sample or prepare a brief.

5–10

Supplier profiles

Business, products or services, location, original source, date and someone who can confirm accuracy.

3–5

Real buyer briefs

Specific need, quantity, timing, budget if known and up to three must-have conditions. Unknown is acceptable.

Bring the context and permissions

  • One case that progressed, one that did not fit and one unresolved case, if available.
  • Separate what was known at the decision date from what happened later.
  • A named category owner who accepts responsibility for business meaning, plus a day-to-day reviewer.
  • A person who can approve data use, sharing and any external AI processing.
  • An agreed transfer method, access, retention, deletion and commercial authority.

“No response” stays unanswered. It is not proof of rejection or its cause.

How we decide whether it helps

  • Ask the domain owner to record the expected decision and reasons first.
  • Compare relevant suggestions, missed businesses and unsupported suggestions.
  • Inspect disagreements, correct the information and retest reviewed rules.
  • Measure active preparation, checking and correction time. Track waiting time separately.
  • Record unanswered conditions and the next person responsible.

Agree targets together. We have not established a savings percentage or sales impact. Corrections do not mean automatic AI retraining.

Templates are for pilot planning. Detailed commercial terms are not current live intake. Download and prepare them offline; do not send private data through this demo. Agree permissions and the transfer method before sharing. Deft must complete and verify the required real-commercial controls.

CSV files contain headers and one clearly labelled fictional example row. Replace that row with permitted information only after agreeing the pilot.

Before we finish

Which category, which decision, and who owns the review?

Agree the category, first decision, domain owner, permission owner and next review date. A useful meeting ends with a clear starting point, not a promised sale.
